Lions Club Blood Drive, April 8

To the Editor and the Monticello community,

     The Monticello Lions Club will be assisting at the Red Cross blood drive on Tuesday, April 8, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Monticello Berndes Center, located at the Jones County Fairgrounds in Monticello.

   Individuals who are at least 17 years of age (16 years with written parental permission) weigh at least 100 pounds, and are generally in good health may be able to donate blood.

   Appointments are encouraged, walk-ins are welcome!

   The Lions are here to serve the Monticello community. If you are able to donate blood, please join us on April 8.
