Live Healthy track meet set for Monticello

     Monticello will be hosting a Live Healthy Iowa Kids Track Championship event Wednesday, May 6, 5:30 p.m. at Dean Nelson Field.

     The event, one of several being held across the State of Iowa, is for ages 6-14. Registration began Jan. 20, and is open until April 15 at 11:59 p.m.

     Founded in 2015, the meet is a free, statewide event that requires no special equipment to participate. Local meet champions will have the opportunity to participate in the state meet held in Marshalltown.
