Debra Jo Moser, Anamosa, was charged with no valid driver’s license. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 25.

Mandy Sue Riches, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to failure to obey stop sign/yield right of way and no seatbelt. She was fined a total of $150 plus court costs.

Zedekiah Lee Fisher, Anamosa, was arrested for disorderly conduct-loud/ raucous noise and public intoxication. No court date was set.
