Magistrate Court

     Rebecca Lynn Buck, Wyoming, had a charge of driving while license under suspension, dismissed. She was fined court costs.

     Noemi Cantu, Rock Island, Ill., pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Aaron James Thomas, Des Moines, pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. He was fined $250 plus court costs. Thomas also pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Robert Michael Farley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Ariel Christine Schrader, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to public intoxication. A non-jury trial is set for Jan. 4.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to seven violations of a no-contact order. No court date was set. Williams was also arrested for interference with official acts. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 30.
