Magistrate Court

     Wannetta Martin, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license. She was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Humberto Padilla Varela, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Vicki Sue Schuman, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to unsafe approach to certain stationary vehicles and operating a non-registered vehicle. She was fined a total of $150 plus court costs.

     Joshua J. Summers, Olin, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Kaziah J. Anderson, Madison, Wis., pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $90 plus court costs.

     Jody Jane Jamieson, Monticello, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 4.

     Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-loud/raucous noise. He was fined $100 plus court costs. Liebel had a charge of 3^rd degree harassment, dismissed.

     William Edward Patrum, Monticello, was cited for 5^th degree theft. A court date is set for Jan. 23.

     Tracy Lynn Cousins, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1^st offense and assault. A bench trial is set for March 6.

     Brent Robert Cousins, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A bench trial is set for March 6.

     Michael Anthony Cudahy, Monticello, was charged with trespassing and public intoxication. A bench trial is set for Feb. 20.

     Blake Cameron Kohlmeyer, Nashua, was arrested for 5^th degree theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Erin Jane Edenfield, Springville, was charged with two counts of 5^th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 4.
