Magistrate Court

     Travis Alan Camp, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while under suspension and three counts of 5th degree theft. He was fined a total of $445 plus court costs, and sentenced to seven days in jail. He had an additional charge of 5th degree theft, dismissed.

     Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Coty Joseph Lukemyres, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Matthew John Peterson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined a total of $130 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and Peterson was placed on self-supervised probation.

     Makayla Ruth Coffey, Anamosa, was cited for assault. A court date was set for Feb. 20.

     Meshelle Lyniece Settles, New Vienna, was found guilty of public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Loretta Kay Clary, Oxford Junction, was cited for trespassing. A court date was set for Feb. 27.

     Marsha Marie O’Brien, Wyoming, was cited for trespassing. A court date was set for Feb. 27.

     John Issac Lee O’Brien, Oxford Junction, was cited for trespassing. A court date was set for Feb. 27.

     Jeremy Dean Hunter, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order. A non-jury trial is set for April 3.

     Angel Ann Hurt, Anamosa, was charged with false report of public entity. A bench trial is set for April 3.

     Craig Samuel Mason, Cedar Rapids, was found to be in violation of the nuisance ordinance regarding abandonment of cats/dogs. A court date was set for Feb. 20.

     Grove Jay Quinn, Jr., Olin, was charged with no insurance and failure to maintain control. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 26.
