Magistrate Court

     James Allen Brandenburg, Earlville, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of registration. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Anthony Michael Timmerman, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to failure to display registration plate. A non-jury trial was set for Feb. 20.

     Lillian Katherine O’Connor, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Chad Andrew Brokaw, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $20 plus court costs.

     Dianne Marie Dye, Central City, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, canceled, revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Katie L. Rickels, Mechanicsville, pleaded guilty to failure to stop in assured clear distance. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Chad Andrew Brokaw, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, canceled, revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Anthony Lloyd Petty, Dubuque, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, canceled, revoked. She was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Matthew John Peterson, Anamosa, was charged with interference with official acts, 5th degree theft and 5th degree criminal mischief. A preliminary hearing is set for March 11.

     Michael Jason Cinkan, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to 5th degree criminal mischief and 5th degree theft. He was fined a total of $130 plus court costs.

     Dianne Marie Dye, Central City, pleaded guilty to 5th degree fraudulent practice. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Perry Delynn Kanpp, Sr., Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and interference with official acts. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined a total of $315 plus court costs. Knapp had a charge of disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior, dismissed.

     Chad Anthony Tatar, Monticello, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Zachary Michael Starr, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Jacob Evans Heideman, Anamosa, was charged with consumption of alcohol in a public place 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 7.

     John Christopher Jacobson, Olin, was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, driving under suspension, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for March 7.

     Jennifer Marie Hartwig, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A bench trial is set for April 3.

     Elijah Josiah Dowell, Monticello, was charged with insufficient number of headlights. A preliminary hearing is set for March 7.
