Marvin Marcus Dowman, Chicago, Ill., pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license and failure to carry registration card. He was fined a total of $220 plus court costs. 

Daniel Allen Hurst, Vinton, pleaded guilty to operating a non-registered vehicle. He was fined $50 plus court costs. 

Andrew Paul Pickart, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to open container-age 21 or older. He was fined $200 plus court costs. 

Dolton Bradley Rauch, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/ suspended/c ancel l ed/ revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs. 

Ashlee Donna Liebel, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/ 

suspended/c ancel l ed/ revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs. Corey Robert Fullerton, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2. Christina Jeanette Mackey, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct-loud/raucous noise. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2. Oscar Junior Clinton III, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-loud/ raucous noise. He was fined $65 plus court costs. Clinton had a charge of 3rd degree harassment, dismissed. Grover J. Quinn, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct-fighting/ violent behavior. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 23. Kara Marie Willett, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-loud/ raucous noise. She was fined $65 plus court costs. Troy James Lloyd, Monticello, was charged with contempt-violation of no-contact order. A bench trial is set for Oct. 23. Brad Allen Levsen, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2. Jacob Michael Richard Poduska, Mechanicsville, was charged with interference with official acts. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 23. Makayla Nicole Maschmann, Maquoketa, was cited for assault. A court date is set for Oct. 16. Ramon Jordan Arballo, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2.
