Magistrate Court

Jerrid Michael Boge, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no insurance, operation without registration card/ plate, and driving while license denied/suspended/ cancelled/revoked. He was fined a total of $550 plus court costs. 

Tony Edward Brandt, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to trespassing 1st offense. He was fined $200 plus court costs. 

Grover J. Quinn, Oxford Junction, was charged with assault. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 30. 

Dillon Lee Graf, Monticello, was charged with 5th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 21. 

Charles James Ellison, Monticello, was charged with driving while license denied/ suspended/cancel l ed/ revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 30. 

Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 30. 

John Dales Spores, Jr., Olin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license denied/ suspended/cancel l ed/ revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 23. 

Jared Allen James Reed, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs. 

Nichole Dianne Matthess, Olin, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $125 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended. Matthess had a charge of public intoxication, dismissed. 

Chaim Nielson, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense. A bench trial is set for Nov. 27. 

Angel Eduardo Nunez, Cascade, was arrested for interference with official acts. No court date was set. 

Danielle Lee Richardson, Marion, was arrested for unlawful possession of prescription drug. No court date was set.
