Scott Allen Eberhart, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to no insurance and registration violation. He was fined a total of $529 plus court costs. Eberhart was also arrested for public intoxication. No court date was set.

Samuel Taylor Dolan, Olin, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/ suspended/cancel led/ revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs. 

Troy Thomas Eden, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/ suspended/cancel led/ revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs. 

Davin Deam Mayberry, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs. 

Troy James Lloyd, Monticello, pleaded guilty to contempt. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $65 plus court costs. 

Michael John Ahrendsen, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft. He was fined $65 plus court costs. 

Jason Alan Parker, Anamosa, was charged with 5th degree theft and 5th degree criminal mischief. A bench trial is set for Nov. 17.
