James D. Clark, Marshall, Wis., pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $20 plus court costs. 

Randy Richard Rickels, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no insurance. He was fined $250 plus court costs. 

Patricia Mary Monck, Monticello, pleaded guilty to failure to stop at stop sign. She was fined $100 plus court costs. 

Michael John Whelchel, Marion, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/ suspended/cancel l ed/ revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs. 

Jason James Bennett, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $100 plus court costs. 

Jacob Scott Miller, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 4. 

Andrew Jeremiah Martin, Anamosa, was arrested for disorderly conduct. No court date was set. 

David Carl Merfeld, Monticello, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.
