Tyler Moriarity, Cascade, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $20 plus court costs. 

Earl Curtis Barnhart, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to unsafe entry onto sidewalk/roadway. A non-jury trial is set for Nov. 13. 

Jennifer Romaine, Dubuque, pleaded not guilty to speeding and no valid driver’s license. She was fined a total of $320 plus court costs. 

Krystine Marie Capron, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $80 plus court costs. 

Patrick Gene White, Sr., Onslow, pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license. He was fined $200 plus court costs. 

Mandy Sue Riches, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/ suspended/cancel l ed/ revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs. 

Dakota Paul Denolf, Onslow, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license denied/suspended/ cancelled/revoked, failure to maintain control, striking fixtures upon highway, reckless driving, and failure to stop in assured clear distance. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 13. 

Alyssa Elizabeth-Brook Montijo, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of simple assault. She was fined $65 plus court costs. 

Matthew Charles Macke, Solon, was charged with public intoxication. A bench trial is set for Nov. 27. 

Randy Lavern McKenzie, Jr., Sumter, S.C., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A bench trial is set for Dec. 4. 

Brandon Michael Galloway, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense. A bench trial is set for Dec. 4. 

Brian Charles McNeal, Olin, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense. A bench trial is set for Dec. 11. 

Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set. 

Katherine Josephine Rigby, Monticello, was charged with 5th degree theft. A bench trial is set for Dec. 11. 

Dechone Lee Jackson, Monticello, was arrested for public intoxication. No court date was set. 

Jerrid Michael Boge, Monticello, was cited for violating the Jones County Nuisance Ordinance. A court date is set for Nov. 27.
