Nicole Elaine Handel, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $40 plus court costs. 

Timothy James Hensley, Mechanicsville, pleaded guilty to no insurance, fraudulent use of registration, and driving while license d e n i e d / s u s p e n d e d / cancelled/revoked. He was fined a total of $700 plus court costs. 

James Alan Loehr, Coggon, was charged with 5th degree criminal mischief and driving while license denied/ suspended/cancel l ed/ revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 18. 

Kolin Chandler Geiger, Olin, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs. 

Glenn Irving Graver, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to two counts of 3rd degree harassment. Fine is pending. 

Nathan Andrew Lamere, Monticello, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. He was fined $150 plus court costs. 

Jennifer Marie Hartwig, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A bench trial is set for Jan. 15. 

Rylea D. Manternach, Cedar Rapids, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for Jan. 8.

Roy James Bartram II, Wyoming, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date was set for Dec. 11. 

John Dale Spores, Jr., Center Junction, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set. 

Richard Anthony Daniel, Dubuque, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set. 

Nathan Felix Oberbreckling, Anamosa, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date was set for Dec. 11. 

Mathew Kenneth Koob, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 18.
