Dustin Edward Kula, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense and 5th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 15. 

Adam Lee Gersdorf, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 15. 

Matthew John Peterson, Anamosa, was charged with violation of protective order. A bench trial is set for Feb. 5. 

Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing was set for Jan. 2. 

Donald Floyd Dusenberry, Davenport, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 15. 

Valerie Leeann Keppel, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set. 

Charlie Daniel Jenkins, Marion, was charged with interference with official acts, possession of drug paraphernalia, and harassment of public officers/ employees. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 8. 

Christopher Michael Crowley, Olin, was cited for failure to dispose of a dead animal. A court date is set for Jan. 29. 

Taylor Michael Chessel, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for interference with official acts and possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set. 

Justin Lee Lafella, Wyoming, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set. 

Jack C. Russell, Saint Charles, Ill., was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for Jan. 29. 

Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct-fighting/ violent behavior. A bench trial is set for Feb. 5. 

Nichole Jean Rutan, Anamosa, was cited for allowing dog to run at large. A court date is set for Jan. 15.
