Shelley Lynn Neal, Stanwood, was found guilty of trespassing. She was fined $200 plus court costs. 

Rick Allen Evans, Springville, was found guilty of violation of hazardous materials-transportation regulations. He was fined $200 plus court costs. 

Nicole Dawn Manning, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to employee-supplying alcohol to a person under the legal age. She was fined $500 plus court costs. 

Nicole J. Thompson, Monticello, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $20 plus court costs. 

Matthew Drew Matberry, Wyoming, was found guilty of driving while license suspended. He was fined $250 plus court costs. 

James Raymond Ward, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no valid driver’s license. He was fined $200 plus court costs. 

Dillon Lee Graf, Monticello, was found guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/ cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs. 

Humberto Padilla Varela, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 29. 

Tiffany Lynn Holub,Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 29. 

Jennifer Marie Hartwig, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft. She was fined $300 plus court costs. 

Melissa May Jenkins, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft. She was fined $65 plus court costs. 

Michael Anthony Cudahy, Monticello, was arrested for interference with official acts. No court date was set. 

Traci Lee Welker, Anamosa, was charged with interference with official acts and public intoxication. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 29. 

Trinity Rae Leigh Lathrop, Cedar Rapids, was cited for 3rd degree harassment. A court date is set for Feb. 19. 

Nichole Jan Rutan, Anamosa, was found guilty of allowing dog to run at large. She was fined $65 plus court costs.
