Magistrate Court

     Derek William Wittenburg, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to failure to use child restraint device. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Samuel Matthew Hess, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to speeding and driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined a total of $290 plus court costs.

     Bennett Claude Taylor, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $500 plus court costs.

     Krystal Leigh Eiben, Anamosa, was charged with violation of a protective order. A bench trial is set for March 18.

     Brittany Nichole Creamer, Martelle, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for March 25.

     Sara Lynn Krausman, Dubuque, was charged with assault. A bench trial is set for April 8.

     Keirston Free Peterson, Lisbon, was charged with driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked, operation without required ignition interlock, and reckless driving. A preliminary hearing is set for March 16.

     Hunter Keith Andersen, Monticello, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for March 25.

     Stone Michael Philipp, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Hannah Jo Bonifazi King, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date was set for March 11.

     David Mitchell Secrist, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Tamarah Elizabeth Iben, Springville, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for March 18.

     Jerrid Michael Boge, Monticello, was cited for violating the City of Monticello Nuisance Ordinance. A court date is set for March 25.
