Magistrate Court

     Amber Lynn Henkel, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $20 plus court costs.

     Michael John Ahrendsen, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree theft. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Dominique J. Bailey, Olin, was charged with public impairment and possession of drug paraphernalia. A bench trial is set for May 20.

     Nyssa Joy Goeres, Lodi, Wis., was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Cliff and Laurie Sills, Olin, were found guilty of harboring a dangerous dog and failure to properly tether, in violation of the City of Olin Code of Ordinances. They were assessed a civil penalty of $510 plus court costs.
