Magistrate Court

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, disorderly conduct-abusive epithet/threatening gesture, and violation of protective order. An arraignment is set for June 1.

     Cletus M. Yoder, Aurora, Mo., was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for Aug. 5.

     Colby J. Aiknes, Bloomington, Ill., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for April 29.

     Matthew Scott Hand, Anamosa, was cited for assault. A court date is set for June 24.
