     Emily Rose Capron, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to failure to stop in assured clear distance. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     David Adams, Delhi, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault He was fined $65 plus court costs. He had a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

     Annette Dee Bartram, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to interference with official acts. A jury trial is set for Sept. 16.

     Timothy Gerald Null, Cedar Rapids, was charged with 5^th degree theft. A court date is set for July 22.

     Kelli Ann Rolfes, Guttenberg, was cited for assault. A court date is set for July 1.

     Charles Edward Strickland, Vinton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for June 10.

     Dominique J. Bailey, Olin, was charged with 5^th degree theft. A court date is set for July 22.

     Spencer Thomas Hinrichsen, Cedar Rapids, was charged with providing false identification information and interference with official acts. A preliminary hearing is set for June 12.
