Magistrate Court

     Elisabeth Ann Weeks, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to passing too near a bridge/intersection/railroad. Sentence and fine are pending.

     Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, pleaded guilty to speeding, failure to use child restraint device, and operation without registration card/plate. He was fined a total of $240 plus court costs.

     Stephanie M. French, Clarence, pleaded guilty to open container. She was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Kory Allen Williams, Hopkinton, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Aaron Michael Swearingen, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. A non-jury trial is set for Aug. 19.

     Floyd Daren Mulkey, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft and interference with official acts. He was sentenced to four days in jail, and fined court costs. He had a charge of 1st degree harassment, dismissed.

     Richard Allen Jones, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. A non-jury trial is set for Sept. 9.

     Darrell Louis Hora, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree harassment. A non-jury trial is set for Aug. 26.

     Brandon Lee Dingle, Monticello, was cited for contempt-violation of no-contact/protective order. No court date was set.

     Alec Leon Dirks, Anamosa, was charged with assault. A court date is set for Aug. 5.

     Christopher Merle Williams, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to vicious animals. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Christopher Merle Williams, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to dangerous/vicious dog. Williams’ dog was prohibited from Onslow city limits. He was fined court costs.

     Robert Austin Knake, Delhi, was charged with open container. A preliminary hearing is set for July 8.
