Magistrate Court

     Gage Joseph David Szakacs, Monticello, pleaded guilty to operation without valid driver’s license. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     John Gregory Kraemer, Anamosa, was cited for reckless use of a firearm. A court date is set for Aug. 12.

     Brad Allen Levsen, Anamosa, was charged with violation of protective order. A bench trial is set for Sept. 2.

     Wannetta Martin, Anamosa, was cited for fireworks within city limits. A court date is set for Sept. 16.
