     Emalissa Jayne Hunt, Morley, pleaded not guilty to 5^th degree criminal mischief, trespassing, and 5^th degree theft. No court date was set.

     Matthew Scott Hand, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to assault. No court date was set.

     Kelby R. Hall, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A non-jury trial is set for Aug. 26.

     Cletus Roger Gerardy, Maquoketa, was cited for assault. A court date is set for Aug. 12.

     Keith Louis Lange, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to allowing dog to run at large. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Jerrid Michael Boge, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to violating City of Monticello Nuisance Ordinance. A jury trial is set for Aug. 12.
