Magistrate Court

     Brandi Davis, Monticello, pleaded guilty to permitting unauthorized person to drive. She was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Zachary Ryan Flemming, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no seatbelt. He was fined $50 plus court costs.

     Juan Manuel Perez, Jr., Monticello, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $20 plus court costs.

     Thomas Allen Farris, Jr., Monticello, pleaded guilty to discarding solid waste. He was fined $1,000 plus court costs.

     Jamie Alen Boge, Anamosa, was found guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Nicholas Serafin Ashton, Iowa City, pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for Sept. 30.

     Jessica M. Terry, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree harassment. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 14.

     Chris J. Phelps, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Alex Leon Dirks, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to assault. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Mark Anthony Kilpatrick, Marion, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Christine Graham, Anamosa, was cited for violating the City of Anamosa Nuisance Ordinance. A court date was set for Aug. 19.

     Marc Thomas Bradley, Monticello, was cited for violating the City of Monticello Nuisance Ordinance. A court date was set for Aug. 26.

     Daniel Clair Thompson, Hopkinton, was charged with failure to maintain control. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 19.
