Magistrate Court

     Kesa K. Lambert, Monticello, was found guilty of driving while license suspended. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Billie Jean Barton, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Jack Thomas Larrimore, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Cletus Roger Gerardy, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to assault. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 28.

     Cassandra Marie Luzum, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to 5^th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 7.

     Jordan Lee Jaeger, Marion, pleaded not guilty to 5^th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 7.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, had three counts of violation of protective order, dismissed.

     Christopher Warren Riches, Anamosa, was charged with violation of no-contact order. A non-jury trial is set for Aug. 19.

     Cortez D. Money, Chicago, Ill., was arrested for violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. No court date was set.

     Rebecca Lynn Wren, Monticello, was cited for interference with official acts. A court date is set for Aug. 19.

     Stephanie Jane Thumma, Coggon, was cited for interference with official acts. A court date is set for Aug. 19.
