Magistrate Court

     Zacharoah Martin Schminkey, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to trespassing. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Daleesha Kapreece Burt, Fullerton, Calif., was found guilty of operating a non-registered vehicle. She was fined $50 plus court costs.

     Oscar Junior Clinton III, Anamosa, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined $90 plus court costs.

     Kyle John Stadtmueller, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license. He was fined $260 plus court costs.

     Tyler Mason Kula, Hopkinton, pleaded guilty to no insurance-accident and no valid driver’s license. He was fined a total of $905 plus court costs.

     Carlton Connors Moren, Dubuque, was found guilty of no insurance and driving while license suspended. He was fined a total of $500 plus court costs.

     Joshua Paul Cummings, Marion, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Christopher Merle Williams, Center Junction, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Michael Ray Teel, Cedar Rapids, was found guilty of speeding and failure to obey yield sign. He was fined a total of $205 plus court costs.

     Nicole Elaine Handel, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to failure to stop in assured clear distance. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Douglas Allen Hurt, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $205 plus court costs.

     Larry Leon Huston, Alburnett, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $205 plus court costs.

     Nicholas Martin Recker, Iowa City, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Randall R. Burnette, Monticello, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $250 plus court costs.

     Christopher Warren Riches, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Rebecca Lynn Wren, Monticello, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Stephanie Jane Thumma, Coggon, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Jermaine Earl Graham, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was sentenced to eight hours in jail, and fined court costs.

     Emilio Robert Tamayo, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for public intoxication. No court date was set.

     Troy James Lloyd, Monticello, was cited for interference with official acts. A court date is set for Oct. 14.

     Skyleigh Elizabeth Husmann, Monticello, was found guilty of violating the Social Host Ordinance. She was assessed a civil penalty of $500 plus court costs.

     McLane Allison, Anamosa, was cited for violating the Social Host Ordinance. A court date is set for Aug. 26.

     Jason Charles Eby, Monticello, was found guilty of violating City of Monticello Nuisance Ordinance. He was assessed a civil penalty of $1,000 plus court costs. Eby was also ordered to hire a contractor to complete the cleanup work by Nov. 15.
