Magistrate Court

     Reginald Blade Welter, Monticello, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined $80 plus court costs.

     Adrian Edward Banowetz, Martelle, pleaded guilty to failure to obey traffic control device and speeding. He was fined a total of $420 plus court costs.

     Steven Joseph Neenan, Dubuque, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain registration plate. He was fined $30 plus court costs.

     Brookelyn Michelle Beeson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty minor using tobacco 1st offense. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Kenneth D. Burnell, Hiawatha, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Clifford Charles Takes, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to failure to yield upon left turn. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Brevin Kane Van Deest, Dyersville, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Jordan Allen Smith, Olin, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Cortez D. Money, Chicago, Ill., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Anna L. Coonrod, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for two years. She was fined court costs.

     Bobby Alen Smolek, Clarence, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Dillon James Allen Abbott, Marion, was charged with public intoxication. A bench trial is set for Dec. 23.

     Norman Jay Thompson, Monticello, was cited for assault. A court date is set for Nov. 18.

     Kelli Ann Rolfes, Guttenberg, was cited for 5th degree theft. A court date is set for Nov. 18.

     Shawn Michael Walker, Anamosa, was found in violation of Jones County Nuisance Ordinance. He was fined $750 plus court costs.

     Eugene James Wall, Monticello, was cited for dogs at large. A court date is set for Nov. 25.
