Magistrate Court

     Dillon Kenneth Knapp, Anamosa, was found guilty of failure to transfer title of motor vehicle. He was fined $135 plus court costs.

     Dillon Lee Graf, Monticello, was charged with failure to maintain control. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 18.

     Jordan Lee Jaeger, Marion, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree theft. He was fined $65 plus court costs, and ordered to pay victim restitution in the amount of $67.

     David Allen Murray II, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of simple assault. Sentence and fine are pending.

     Chad Allen Sloan, Vinton, was cited for 5^th degree theft. A court date is set for Feb. 10.

     Tyler William Appleby, Anamosa, was charged with failure to maintain control. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 18.

     Jacob Cyrus Lewis Shoaff, Onslow, was charged with failure to maintain control. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 18.
