     William Paul Gavins, Monona, Wis., pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $120 plus court costs.

     Zachary Taylor Barners, Mingo, pleaded guilty to improper lane change and no insurance. He was fined a total of $780 plus court costs.

     Tyler Alexander Hoyer, Monticello, pleaded guilty to operating a non-registered vehicle and driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined a total of $320 plus court costs.

     Myron George Engelhardt, Waterloo, was found guilty of leaving scene of accident-failure to provide aid or information. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Joshua John Soper, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to failure to stop in assured clear distance. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Matthew John Countryman, Monticello, was found guilty of driving while license suspended. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Chad Michael Petersen, Monticello, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Jordan Lee Jaeger, Marion, was cited for three counts of 5^th degree criminal mischief. A court date is set for Feb. 3.

     Cassandra Marie Luzum, Cedar Rapids, was cited for three counts of 5^th degree criminal mischief. A court date is set for Feb. 3.

     Sierra Sue Ralston, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A bench trial is set for March 10.

     Blake Tyler Vanorney, Marion, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for Feb. 3.

     Shawn Yamon Flowers, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 27.

     Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, was cited for allowing dog to run at large. A court date is set for Feb. 3.

     Timothy L. Oberbreckling, Onslow, was found in violation of City of Onslow Code of Ordinances. He was assessed a civil penalty of $750 plus court costs.

     Michelle Lynn Linne, Monticello, was cited for failure to obtain rabies vaccination for a dog. A court date is set for Feb. 3.
