Magistrate Court

     Nash Randall Brown, Anamosa, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined $82.50 plus court costs.

     Johnny DeWitt Deberry, Jr., Olin, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control. He was fined $135 plus court costs.

     Thomas Lee Hand, Olin, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $500 plus court costs.

     Austin Thomas Hughes, Cascade, was charged with 5^th degree theft. A court date is set for Feb. 24.

     Patricia Ann Brawner, Albia, was cited for 5^th degree theft. A court date is set for March 24.

     Christine and Warren Graham, Anamosa, had a charge of violating City of Anamosa Code of Ordinances, dismissed.
