     Joseph T. Swisher, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to speeding. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 28.

     Samantha Ann Peck, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault. A non-jury trial is set for Feb. 1.

     Seth John Dunnahoo, Mechanicsville, was arrested for public intoxication. No court date was set. Dunnahoo was also arrested for violation of a no-contact/protective order. A contempt hearing is set for Jan. 9.

     Joseph Michael Lang, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A bench trial is set for Feb. 1.

     Adam Lee Jacobs, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A bench trial is set for Feb. 1.
