Magistrate Court

     Stephen John Hanzlik, Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., was found guilty of speeding. He was fined $55 plus court costs.

     Dennis Michael Pergande, Cuba City, Wis., was found guilty of speeding. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Loni Lee Seeley, Anamosa, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined $30 plus court costs.

     Jerry Robert Byrne II, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Judith Renae Guyer, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct-obstructing public way. A non-jury trial is set for Sept. 29.

     Matthew Kenneth Koob, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to trespassing and 5^th degree criminal mischief. Sentence and fine are pending.

     Alix Frank Baxton, Jr., Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A bench trial is set for Sept. 29.

     Jeffrey Craig Abbott, Anamosa, was cited for public intoxication. A court date is set for Sept. 23.

     Austin Ryan Yeisley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to fireworks within city limits. He was fined $100 plus court costs.
