Magistrate Court

     Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, pleaded guilty to open container-passenger 21 or older. He was fined $260 plus court costs.

     Benjamin C. Brownell, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to operating CMV after downgrading to a non-commercial driver’s license. He was fined court costs.
     Jason Charles McElmeel, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 3^rd degree harassment. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 6.

     Bryson John Mundorf, Martelle, was charged with violation of a no-contact order. A bench trial is set for Sept. 15.

     Darrin Lee Byers, Oxford Junction, was found guilty of animal at large. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Carla A. Ackerman, Onslow, was found in violation of City of Onslow Code of Ordinances. A court date is set for Sept. 29.
