Magistrate Court

     David Michael Waite, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to charge of interference with official acts and driving while license under suspension. Waite was fined a total of $695.

     Keegan Terrance Hebert, Monticello, pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of no contact/protective order-contempt. Hebert was fined a total of $180.75.

     Lori Lynne Swain, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to a charge of fifth-degree theft. Swain was fined a total of $180.75.

     Allen Daniel Phelps, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Phelps was fined $500 plus court costs. Phelps also had a charge of carrying weapons dismissed.

     Christopher Lee Hutchcroft, Hiawatha, was found guilty of charges of driving while license under suspension, open container and failure to maintain seat belt. Hutchcroft was fined $570 plus court costs.

     Christina Kae McGovern, Anamosa, was found guilty of a charge of driving while license under suspension. McGovern was fined a total of $347.50.

     Madeline Jennifer Gudenkauf, Monticello, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while license under suspension. Gudenkauf was fined a total of $347.50.

     John Robert Power, Springville, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while license under suspension. Power was fined a total of $347.50.
