Magistrate Court

     Timothy Gerald Null, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree theft. He was fined $105 plus court costs. Null was also charged with disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. A bench trial is set for Nov. 24.

     Dominique J. Bailey, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree theft. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Stephen Robert Haupt, Hiwatha, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $105 plus court costs.

     Jacob Allan Ahlrichs, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to assault and disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 29.

     Andrew Vitalyvich Likanchuck, Anamosa, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for Dec. 1.

     Nathan Andrew Lamere, Monticello, was charged with violation of a no-contact order. A bench trial is set for Nov. 24.

     Kobe Kayshawn Brown, Anamosa, was found guilty of fireworks within city limits. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Colin Maxwell Heeren, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to fireworks within city limits. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Nancy Kay Heideman, Anamosa, was cited for allowing dog to run at large. A court date is set for Nov. 17.

     Nikita Boots, Monticello, was cited twice for permitting dog to run at large. A court date is set for Dec. 1.

     Benjamin Wayne Fuller, Monticello, was charged with failure to maintain control. No court date was set.
