Magistrate Court

     Djuana Lynn McVay, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no insurance. She was fined $645 plus court costs.

     Anthony Alan Akerly, Anamosa, was found guilty of no valid driver’s license. He was fined $260 plus court costs.

     Jennifer Marie Hartwig, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of registration. She was fined $260 plus court costs.

     Hunter William Lietz, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Dalton Charles Hughes, Monticello, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft. He was fined $105 plus court costs, and ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Wendi Sue Smith, Anamosa, was found guilty of interference with official acts. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $250 plus court costs. Twenty-six days were suspended, and she was placed on probation for one year.

     Randall R. Burnette, Monticello, pleaded guilty to violation of a no-contact/protective order-contempt. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $60 plus court costs.

     Jacob Michael Richard Poduska, Olin, was cited for providing false identification information. A court date is set for Nov. 17.

     Thomas Anthony Perez, Cedar Rapids, was charged with 5th degree theft. A court date is set for Dec. 1.

     Michael Allen Huedepohl, Keokuk, was charged with 5th degree theft. A court date is set for Dec. 1.

     Tavian Rene Schuster, Cedar Rapids, was cited for interference with official acts. A court date is set for De.c 8.

     Nancy Kay Heideman, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to allowing dog to run at large. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Carla A. Ackerman, Maquoketa, was found in violation of the City of Onslow Code of Ordinances. She was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $250 plus court costs.

     Carolyn A. Knight, Robins, was found in violation of the City of Monticello Nuisance Code of Ordinances. A court date is set for Dec. 8.

     Paul Donald Schmidt, Monticello, was charged with failure to maintain control. No court date was set.
