Magistrate Court

     Cortny Lyn Plueger, Monticello, pleaded guilty to operation of a motor vehicle with expired license. She was fined $50 plus court costs.

     Sierra Seeley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Makenzie Rose Entringer, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Joseph Jay Kripner, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Jennifer Marie Hartwig, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Jake William Wuckert, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A bench trial is set for Sept. 20.

     Molly Josephine Brady, Center Junction, was cited for 5^th degree theft. A court date is set for Sept. 7.

     Nicole Jean Hicks, Guttenberg, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 30.

     Jamie Alen Boge, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 5^th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for Sept. 27.

     David Michael Waite, Spragueville, was arrested for interference with official acts. No court date was set.

     Dakota James Carpenter, Monticello, was arrested for assault and two counts of interference with official acts. No court date was set.

     Elizabeth Ann Carpenter, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to assault. A non-jury trial is set for Sept. 27.

     Alicia Renee Smith, Monticello, was arrested for disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. No court date was set.

     Floyd John Dakota, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication 1^st offense. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Jason James Bennett, Davenport, was charged with public intoxication 1^st offense. A bench trial is set for Sept. 27.

     Ray James Boots, Monticello, was cited for a nuisance violation. A court date was set for Aug. 30.
