     Richard Patric Hills, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to failure to carry registration card/plate. He was fined $20 plus court costs.

     Carlynn M. Gutoski, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to no insurance. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Holly Marie Bedenbender, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Wendy J. Kenney, Olin, pleaded guilty to striking fixtures upon highway. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Dalton Charles Hughes, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Halsey Lee Hunt, Morley, pleaded guilty to violation of compulsory education mediation agreement 1st offense. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Travis L. Bedenbender, Olin, entered an Alford plea of guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license under suspension. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Bradford Clemens, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Madison Nichole Weise, Olds, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Alisin Marie Scofield, Martelle, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Malinda Marie Redmond, Monticello, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of simple assault. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Mitchell Steven Burhite, Onslow, was charged with 3rd degree harassment. A court date was set for Sept. 20.

     Nicholas Andrew Gallichant, Bayport, Minn., was charged with disorderly conduct. A court date was set for Sept. 13.

     Damien Edward Southwick, Anamosa, was arrested for disorderly conduct-loud/raucous noise, public intoxication, domestic abuse assault 1st offense and interference with official acts. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 20.

     Bryce Wade Orcutt, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 13.

     Dustin Travis Smolek, Olin, pleaded not guilty to public intoxication and 5th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 18.

     Mackenna Kristine Scofield, Lisbon, was charged with interference with official acts. A court date was set for Sept. 6.

     Bruce Glenn Freeman III, Manchester, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Chad Louis Drumbarger, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to allowing dog to run at large. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 18.

     Ray James Boots, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to violation of City of Monticello Nuisance Ordinance – failure to move junk car/parts. A non-jury trial is set for Sept. 20.

     Daniel Ray Steffen, Oxford Junction, was cited for violation of Oxford Junction’s city ordinance – allowing dogs to run at large. No court date was set.
