Magistrate Court

   Bonnie Elena Byrne, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no insurance and an amended charge of driving under suspension. She was fined a total of $575 plus court costs.

   Christopher Charles Streets, Monmouth, was found guilty of driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

   Callie Christine Chesrown, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree theft. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

   Chad Douglas Paulsen, Monticello, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

   Joshua David Klaren, Marion, pleaded guilty to false report-911 call. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

   Joshua Ray Kaczinski, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

   Shania Lynn Jones, Anamosa, was found in violation of dog at large. She was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $50 plus court costs.

   Roy T. Wood, Jr. and Marie E. Wood, Olin, were found in violation of City of Olin Code of Ordinances regarding junk/junk vehicles. They were ordered to pay a civil penalty of $6,500 plus court costs.

   Debra Rose Brundage and Kyler Radford Brundage, Wyoming, were found in violation of City of Wyoming Code of Ordinances. They were ordered to pay a civil penalty of $6,500 plus court costs.
