     Dylon Scott Kula, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no insurance. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Maurice Harris, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Adam David Young, Cascade, pleaded guilty to fishing and hunting-no license and failure to pay wildlife habitat fee. He was fined a total of $50 plus court costs.

     Kolby Justin Soper, Olin, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $64 plus court costs.

     Adam David Young, Cascade, pleaded guilty to restrictions on taking game-deer and turkey. He was fined $300 plus court costs.

     Ronald John Martin, Independence, pleaded not guilty to unlawful turning at intersection and 5th degree theft. A bench trial is set for Sept. 27.

     Joseph Jay Kripner, Monticello, was arrested for contempt-violation of no-contact/protective order. No court date was set. Kripner also pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 1st offense. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 18.

     Kimberly Ann Burhite, Onslow, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree harassment. A non-jury trial is set for Nov. 1.

     Mitchell Steven Burhite, Onslow, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree harassment. A non-jury trial is set for Nov. 1.

     Debra Jo Moser, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 25.

     Adam James Christenson, Lisbon, was charged with public intoxication. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 4.

     Kristina Ann Willett, Anamosa, was arrested for 5th degree theft. No court date was set.

     Daniel Duane Potter, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication 1st offense. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Karolina Tracy Kuenning, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication 1st offense. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Brian Robert Decker, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to allowing dog to run at large. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Ray James Boots, Monticello, pleaded guilty to violating City of Monticello nuisance ordinance. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $100 plus court costs.

     Marc Thomas Bradley, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to violating City of Monticello nuisance ordinance in regard to building standards. A non-jury trial is set for Nov. 1.
