   Beniam Amine Tesfay, Fort Worth, Texas, was found guilty of failure to comply with safety regulations/rules. He was fined $70 plus court costs.

   Ava Elisabeth Lonning, Asbury, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

   Patrick Scott DeMoss, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to operation without registration card/plate, no insurance, speeding, and driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, or revoked. He was fined a total of $750 plus court costs.

   Zachary William Kurt, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to 3^rd degree harassment. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

   Will Thomas Swain, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

   Terrence Jay Stowers, Dubuque, was found guilty of public intoxication and open container-passenger 21 years or older. He was fined a total of $460 plus court costs.

   Matthew Ian Hutchins, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to simple assault. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

   Bruce C. Duling, Riverside, was found in violation of the Oxford Junction Municipal Code of Ordinances. He was assessed a civil penalty of $6,500 plus court costs. Duling has 60 days in bring his property into compliance.
