Magistrate Court

   Barinder Singh, Lathrop, Calif., pleaded guilty to the amended charge of speeding. He was fined $55 plus court costs.

   Michelle Nicole Alber, marion, pleaded guilty to speeding and driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, revoked. She was fined a total of $305 plus court costs.

   Makayla Maylynn Branch, Cedar Rapids, was found guilty of driving while license suspended. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

   Andrew Joe Oberholser, North Liberty, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and interference with official acts. He was fined a total of $355 plus court costs.

   Moraima Romero Gomez, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to two counts of animal neglect-no injury/serious injury or death. No court date was set.

   Adam John Miller, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. A non-jury trial is set for Jan. 29.

   Madalyn Mae Hinz, Monticello, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

   Gwen May Damisch, Anamosa, was cited for dog running at large. A court date is set for Feb. 12.

   Granite Lien Group, LLC, Chicago, Ill., was found in violation of three counts of violating Oxford Junction Municipal Code of Ordinances. They were assessed civil penalties totaling $19,500 plus court costs.

   Timothy Yarolem, Hopkinton, was found in violation of Oxford Junction Municipal Code of Ordinances. He was assessed a civil penalty of $750 plus court costs.

   Anna and John Bisinger, Baldwin, was found in violation of the Oxford Junction Municipal Code of Ordinances. A court date is set for Jan. 29.
