Magistrate Court

   Naome Anitta Wells, Monticello, was found guilty to a charge of fifth-degree theft. Wells was fined $105 plus court costs.

   Cody William Hartfield pleaded guilty to a charge of fifth-degree theft. Hartfield was fined $105 plus court costs.

   Clark Taylor, Oxford Junction, was found guilty of a charge of municipal infractions. Taylor was assessed a $750 civil penalty.

   Cassandra Marie Luzum, Monticello, pleaded guilty to charges of failure to maintain control and driving while license under suspension. Luzum was fined a total of $385 plus court costs.

   Lydia P. Hall, Saint Peters, Mo., pleaded guilty to a charge of operation of motor vehicles with expired license. Hall was fined $50 plus court costs.

   Meriah Kay Cordova, Thornton, Col., pleaded guilty to a charge of speeding. Cordova was fined $160 plus court costs.
