Magistrate Court

   Kylee Jo Schmalfeldt, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to charge of driving while license under suspension, no proof of insurance and fraudulent use of registration. Schmalfeldt was fined a total of $835 plus court costs.

   Thomas Joseph Mayerle, Oro Valley, Az., had a charge of no proof of insurance dismissed.

   Almaz Beishenbek Uulu, Philadelphia, Pa., pleaded guilty to a charge of speeding. Uula was fined $55 plus court costs.

   Janice Diane Stickle, Anamosa, was found guilty to a charge of violation of Jones County code. Stickle was assessed a $1,000 civil penalty.

   Darrin Byers, Oxford Junction, was found guilty of a charge of violation of Oxford Junction municipal code. Byers was assessed a $6,500 civil penalty.

   Will Thomas Swain, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to charges of fifth-degree theft and trespassing. Swain was fined a total of $605 plus court costs.
