Magistrate Court

     Zachoriah Nathaniel Watson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $40 plus court costs.

     James Allen Brandenburg, Earlville, pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Michael William Huth, Jr., Olin, had a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

     Dustin Thomas Claussen, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 5^th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 20.

     Rodney Dale McCoy, Marion, pleaded not guilty to 5^th degree criminal mischief, 3^rd degree harassment, and public impairment. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 20. McCoy was later arrested for violation of a no-contact/protective order-contempt. No court date has been set.

     Conner Patrick Keleher, Monticello, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for Nov. 15.

     Matthew John Peterson, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 20.

     Maquoketa Valley Rural Electric Cooperative, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to violating the City of Anamosa Ordinance by erecting a fence. A non-jury trial is set for Jan. 3.
