Dustin Thomas Claussen, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 5th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 20.
Rodney Dale McCoy, Marion, pleaded not guilty to 5th degree criminal mischief, 3rd degree harassment, and public impairment. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 20. McCoy was later arrested for violation of a no-contact/protective order-contempt. No court date has been set.
Conner Patrick Keleher, Monticello, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for Nov. 15.
Matthew John Peterson, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 20.
