     David James DeMoss, Monmouth, pleaded guilty to driving while driver’s license under suspension. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Ashley Michelle Plower, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while driver’s license under suspension. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Dylan James Melichar, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while driver’s license under suspension. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Jamie Lee Bickford, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Amanda R. Wink, Hopkinton, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     James Delbert Simmons, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-loud/raucous noise. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Bocephus Francis Neenan, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     David Allen Miller, Anamosa, was charged with interference with official acts. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 6.

     Brandon Jo Fort, Center Point, pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for Jan. 31.

     Misty Lynn Kraft, North Liberty, was charged with interference with official acts. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 13.

     John Thomas Spalding, Monticello, was charged with public intoxication. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 13.

     Travis Alan Camp, Monticello, was charged with 5th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 13.

     Matthew Drew Mayberry, Wyoming, was charged with interference with official acts. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 6.

     Kristopher D. Gilson, Oxford Junction, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 13.

     Anthony Dean Ehlts, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, OWI 1st offense, improper use of lanes, and speeding. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 13.

     Darlingboy Forkpah, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of cannabidoil 1st offense and interference with official acts. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 13.

     Wesley Carl Gerdes, Anamosa, was found guilty of violating City of Anamosa Ordinance for failing to vaccinate dog for rabies. He was assessed a civil penalty of $750 plus court costs. The fine was suspended for one year to remedy the violation.

     Paul Edwin Nelson, Anamosa, was found guilty of violating City of Anamosa Ordinance for permitting junk at residence. He was assessed a civil penalty of $750 plus court costs. All but $250 was suspended for 30 days to remedy the violation.
