Magistrate Court

     Jennifer Anne Isbell, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Ronald Lee Bartlett, Olin, pleaded guilty to restrictions on taking game-deer and turkey. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     John J. Kappler, Viroqua, Wis., pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $90 plus court costs.

     Susan Marie Hess Carroll, Coralville, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $80 plus court costs.

     Ronald Lee Bartlett, Olin, pleaded guilty to failure to pay wildlife habitat fee, no deer license/tag, and abandonment of dead/injured animal. He was fined a total of $145 plus court costs.

     Hunter William Lietz, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to minor using tobacco 1st offense. He was fined $50 plus court costs.

     Bryson John Mundorf, Martelle, pleaded guilty to assault-domestic abuse. He was fined $65 plus court costs, and sentenced to 30 days in jail. All but two days of his sentence were suspended, and Mundorf was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Jennifer Anne Isbell, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault. Judgment was deferred. Williams also pleaded guilty to violation of no-contact order. He was sentenced to 15 days in jail on each count, with sentences to run concurrently. Williams was fined court costs. He also had charges of interference with official acts and trespassing, dismissed.

     John Dale Spores, Jr., Morley, was previously charged with possession, removal of theft-detection device under $200, and 5th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 1.

     Ryan Ray Oldfather, Anamosa, was arrested for operating without interlock. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 3.

     Joseph Michael Penry, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for public intoxication. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 25.

     Dalton Kenneth Harms, Onslow, had a charge of consumption by a person under the legal age, dismissed.
