Reese Nicole Humpal, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to violation of minor’s restricted license. She was fined $65 plus court costs.
Travis James Haylock, Maquoketa, had a charge of failure to stop in assured/clear distance, dismissed. He was ordered to pay court costs.
Mandy Sue Riches, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Judgment was deferred, and she was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $100 plus court costs. Riches was also placed on unsupervised probation for one year.
Dustin Thomas Claussen, Monticello, pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft. He was fined $65 plus court costs.
