     Monica Renae Beltran, Anamosa, was found guilty of speeding. She was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Arturo Perez Tafolla, Washington, pleaded not guilty to speeding. A non-jury trial is set for Feb. 28.

     Mary S. Anderegg, Sussex, Wis., pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $115 plus court costs.

     Faith Elizabeth Nicole Cleveland, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Anthony Michael Padilla, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possessing/purchasing alcohol by person 18-19-20. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Carrie Bascom Oakley, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to open container-passenger 21 or older. She was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Hank Allen Durgin, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to permitting under 18 to consume/possess property. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Steven Richard Deshaw, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to disobeying traffic control device. A non-jury trial is set for Feb. 21.

     Jeramy James Kray, Anamosa, was found guilty of driving while license under suspension. He was fined $250 plus court costs. Kray also pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for March 21.

     Nathan J. Chapman, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension, leaving scene of accident-property damage only, and striking unattended vehicle. He was find a total of $380 plus court costs, and ordered to pay victim restitution in the amount of $500.

     Rakim Ashanti Jones, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $65 plus court costs. Jones had charges of assault and 3rd degree harassment, dismissed.

     Brandon Jo Fort, Center Point, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Megan Barbara Sarazin, Dubuque, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 14.

     Jeremy Cavenaugh, Monmouth, pleaded guilty to violation of compulsory education mediation agreement 1st offense. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, to run concurrent with a sentence in Dubuque County. Cavenaugh was also fined $100 plus court costs.

     Adam Joseph Poduska, Mechanicsville, was charged with disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. A court date was set for Feb. 21.

     Jacob Elijah Callender, Lowden, was charged with disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. A court date was set for Feb. 21.

     Bryson John Mundorf, Martelle, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Zachary Ryan Fleming, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 21.

     Michelle Lea Schoon, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a non-registered vehicle, no insurance, open container-21 years or older, and no valid driver’s license. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 21.

     Caleb Hunter Bickel, Anamosa, was cited for reckless use of a firearm. A court date was set for March 7.

     Matthew Ford Danker, Omaha, Neb., pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Clint Hart Wheeler, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to allowing dog to run at large. He was fined $65 plus court costs.
