Magistrate Court

     Troy Larry Wheeler, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to open container-passenger 21 or older. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Levi Allen Miller, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Skylar John Smith, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. An arraignment is set for Feb. 26.

     Melissa Leigh McCormick, Mechanicsville, was cited for disorderly conduct-abusive epithet/threatening gesture. A court date is set for March 14.

     Charles James Ellison, Maquoketa, was charged with 5^th degree criminal mischief and contempt- violation of no-contact/protective order. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 21.

     Leroy Monty Romer, Orland, Calif., pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Roy James Bartram, Wyoming, was charged with providing false identification information. A bench trial is set for March 28.

     Nichole Jean Rutan, Anamosa, was cited for allowing dog to run at large. A court date is set for March 14.
