Magistrate Court

     Kip David Wilson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to trespassing 1st offense and dog running at large. He was fined a total of $200 plus court costs.

     Troy Thomas Eden, Marion, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Ashley Michelle Plower, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Jeremy R. McKnight, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Kip David Wilson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 5th degree criminal mischief and 3rd degree harassment. He was fined a total of $200 plus court costs. Wilson had a charge of assault, dismissed.

     Allison Marie Whitenack, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. She was sentenced to two days in jail, to run concurrently with another charge.

     Frank Dewayne Dirks, Onslow, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Socrates Antoine Harper, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and public intoxication. He was fined a total of $315 plus court costs. Harper had a charge of disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior, dismissed.

     Bryson John Mundorf, Martelle, was charged with 5th degree criminal mischief. A preliminary hearing is set for March 5.

     Robin Lynn Cullum, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense. A bench trial is set for April 4.

     Dalton Charles Hughes, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to 5th degree theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for April 4.

     Danielle Marie Newell, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense. A bench trial is set for April 4.

     Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault and interference with official acts. A non-jury trial is set for April 18.
